Snijd de peterselie fijn. 6 Roer het citroenrasp en ⅔ van de peterselie door de rijst. Breek de zalm in grove stukken, leg op de rijst en verwarm nog 3-4 min. met de deksel op de pan. 7 Bestrooi met de fijngesneden peterselie en peper en verdeel de citroenpartjes erover.
