1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup pork rinds, crushed into small pieces
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, crushed pork rinds, baking powder, and salt.
Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, cut the chilled butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the milk. Stir until just combined.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently until it comes together.
Pat the dough out to a 1/2-inch thickness and cut into circles using a biscuit cutter or the rim of a glass.
