P used neck Collar while onward road Journey of almost 10 hrs and this kept fit & fine. P used hot water bottle in Night which was very very effective in keeping the body temperature and optimum level in minimum facilities. But from 2nd Day P took 1 Hifenec while sleeping after dinner just as a precaution. After Breathlessness, Sever Headach, Unconciousness at 17800ft, -10C P took ( 1 Hifenec P + 500P+ 1 Aciloc *2) Lunch & dinner for 2 days just to keep moving. But with Blessing of God & Mentors Nothing very severe Happened as compared to my Health Status during past 3 Months. Fooding was very very Normal & simple, and kept me Healthy. Couldn’t use Neck Collar while in Return Journey. Used Volini Gel and Warm Shawl around Neck & Shoulder continuously. In short Healthwise I hv improved a Lot and I hv much more to Go.
