A meat proxy is a person who copies and forwards AI-generated text, code

• Model: Z-Image Turbo

• Size: 1280 X 960 (1.23 MP)

• Used settings:

  • Prompt: A meat proxy is a person who copies and forwards AI-generated text, code, or other outputs without reading, understanding, or checking them first. The term was popularized in August 2026 by software engineer Niklas Gruhn to describe workplace habits where employees act as unthinking relays between an AI tool and human teammates. Core Characteristics • Blind Relaying: Pasting chatbot or LLM responses straight into Slack, email, code reviews, or pull requests. • Zero Value-Add: Serving as a biological middleman ("middle meat") who contributes no personal analysis, context, or critical review. • Shifted Burden: Forcing the recipient to review a wall of unverified machine output instead of receiving a synthesized human thought. Why It Matters • Diluted Expertise: It erodes analytical skills, reading comprehension, and technical mastery over time. • Risk of Errors: Unchecked AI hallucinations or buggy code get passed along as legitimate work. • Career Risks: In tech and office environments, relying blindly on AI prompts is increasingly viewed as a liability rather than a demonstration of productivity. As discussed by developers and tech commentators like Simon Willison's Weblog, the proper approach is to use AI for inspiration, thoroughly read and validate the output, and then write or refactor the response in your own words. Office Sloth at Work

• Model: ChatGPT 2 (Base)

• Size: 2224 X 1664 (3.70 MP)

• Used settings:

  • Prompt: In a dimly lit cubicle buried under mountains of paperwork, the "Grand Master Office Sloth" reigns over his corporate kingdom at the slowest pace imaginable. This humorous scene features an anthropomorphic sloth—a department manager in his forties—sitting at his cluttered desk. He wears the exhausted look of someone who has survived far too many meetings, spreadsheets, tight deadlines, and "urgent" emails. His half-closed eyes, tousled fur, rumpled shirt, loosened tie, and utterly blasé expression instantly convey a familiar corporate sentiment: he is technically working, but only at a speed his soul can tolerate. His long, oversized limbs sprawl across the desk, while his massive fingers slowly tap the keyboard keys, as if every email required a full day of emotional preparation. Stacks of files rise around him like skyscrapers, turning his cubicle into a chaotic bureaucratic fortress. Coffee mugs, sticky notes, folders, office supplies, spilled drinks, and crumpled papers cover every available surface. This visual clutter reinforces the idea that the manager is perpetually overwhelmed, yet strangely serene. The setting is packed with subtle comic details: a to-do list focused more on survival than productivity, coffee mugs bearing motivational slogans, a slow-moving turtle, forgotten donuts, and office posters that quietly poke fun at corporate life. Warm fluorescent lighting gives the scene a weary late-afternoon atmosphere, while muted shades of brown, beige, gray, and cream make the office look realistic—a tad dated and slightly depressing, yet in the most entertaining way possible. Despite the heavy workload surrounding him, the sloth remains unruffled. He does not panic, does not rush, and certainly does not answer emails in a hurry. He is the self-proclaimed sovereign of "slow productivity," the king of delayed responses, and the ultimate embodiment of burnout disguised as Olympian calm. This work blends cartoonish exaggeration with cinematic realism, creating a detailed, expressive, and humorous visual that perfectly captures the absurdity of modern office life.
