Prompt: Create a **3:2 horizontal surrealistic cinematic artwork** titled **“The Man Who Painted Holes in the Sky.”** Set the scene on a vast, windswept plateau at late afternoon, where an elderly traveling painter stands beside a weathered wooden easel overlooking an endless landscape of rolling amber grasslands, distant blue mountains, and scattered stone ruins.
The painter wears a faded charcoal coat, dusty trousers, worn leather boots, and a broad-brimmed hat battered by years of travel. His brushes are unusually long and slender, almost like magical instruments. Instead of painting on a canvas, he reaches upward and **paints directly onto the sky**.
Wherever his brush touches the atmosphere, perfectly irregular openings appear in the clouds and blue heavens—as though the sky itself were a gigantic painted ceiling being carefully erased. Through these mysterious holes lies something impossible: deep outer space filled with delicate stars, pale galaxies, distant moons, and faint glowing nebulae.
Make several openings different in size and shape. One enormous opening dominates the upper-left sky, its edges appearing like thick curling layers of painted canvas. Smaller openings trail behind the painter’s brush toward the horizon.
Beside him rests an old wooden painter’s box containing jars of strange pigments labeled only with mysterious symbols. One jar holds shimmering midnight blue; another seems filled with tiny stars. Several brushes lie scattered in the grass.
Use **restrained but rich cinematic colors**: weathered gold, muted sage, dusty blue, charcoal gray, soft ivory, subdued violet, and small accents of luminous celestial blue. Avoid excessive saturation and crushing black shadows.
Illuminate the landscape with warm sideways sunlight while cool light from the openings gently falls across the painter.
Emphasize **photorealistic textures, enormous atmospheric scale, believable natural lighting, fine fabric and landscape detail, subtle surrealism, cinematic depth, and quiet mystery**. The scene should feel contemplative rather than chaotic—like witnessing one solitary man quietly discovering that reality itself can be repainted.
**No text, lettering, border, logo, or watermark.**
