Prompt: An incredible fairy tale. A man wakes up from a terrible dream and realizes that he is on his bed inside a huge mechanical clock, which is made in the form of a house with a cuckoo that cuckoos every hour. But instead of a cuckoo, now it's his bed and he's on it. He is scared and sits on the bed with wide-open eyes, the blanket covers his legs, and he has spread his arms to the sides, resting on them. Behind him is a large clockwork. The hands of the clock show two minutes to midnight. His bed is attached to a large trigger mechanism that will throw the bed through the watch window in a few moments.
As the clock strikes midnight, the gears of the clock-house engage with a loud clank. The man’s bed, now poised at the edge of the cuckoo door, lurches forward. He grips the sheets in a panic, his heart racing as the mechanism begins to whir and click with increasing urgency.
In the surreal world of the clock-house, time itself seems to bend. The walls stretch and the space distorts, as if the very fabric of reality is winding up for the grand moment. The man, wide-eyed and breathless, braces for the inevitable launch through the window.
But just as the trigger is about to release, the clockwork halts with a resounding thud. The man is left teetering on the brink, not thrown into the night sky as he feared. Instead, the mechanical house begins to transform. Walls fold away to reveal a starlit sky, the gears blossom into a garden of metallic flowers, and the ominous ticking gives way to a harmonious symphony of chimes.
