1. The medical certificate (Medical Certificate)

Why all the trouble?
When you're standing in Bangkok or Phuket with an electric scooter that's technically too powerful or riding on a sidewalk,
this document with two official stamps (UM and the Embassy) will make you appear as a person who has things in order. It removes any discussion of whether you are a "racer" or someone with a real need.
A little tip: Make color photocopies of the finished document, plastic laminating these copies. Have one copy with you when you drive,
and leave the original in the safe at the hotel. Never show the original to the police on the street unless absolutely necessary.
