Prompt: One of the biggest lessons learned from rafting is:
“Go with the flow, but stay alert.”
In rafting, the river is always moving — sometimes calm, sometimes wild — and you can’t control its path. You have to adapt quickly, work with your team, and trust your guide and instincts. If you try to fight the current blindly, you’ll tire yourself or capsize. But if you stay present, paddle when needed, and keep your head up, you can navigate even the roughest rapids.
This teaches a powerful life lesson:
You can’t always control the situation, but you can control how you respond.
