I am contacting you to request permission to conduct archaeological excavations in the center of Kaluga (without harming the infrastructure). As a native of Kaluga, now living in Toronto, Canada, I strive to explore and preserve the heritage of my hometown and the Russian people in general.
I propose a joint effort between my organization and the Russian Federation with the division of all found treasures, artifacts and valuables (according to current Legislation) 50/50. This partnership will not only benefit both sides, but will also contribute to the preservation of Russia's rich cultural heritage.
I ask you to provide all the necessary application forms and guidelines to simplify this process.
I highly appreciate your attention to this urgent matter and I look forward to receiving an answer.
