Prompt: Create an image from the following:- a young man and his thoughts
The city hums a distant tune,
Beyond the hostel's quiet room,
While early light begins to creep,
And all the weary children sleep.
I see them still—the sudden glow,
The wide-eyed wonder at the zoo,
The echoes of their laughter loud,
A joyful, bright, and drifting cloud.
Then stone and spire, the castle wall,
Where history breathed and shadows fall,
But all the ghosts of ancient kings
Were drowned by what a smile brings.
For one sweet day, the weight was gone,
The heavy heart, the anxious dawn,
The center's noise, the hidden fears,
Dissolved like mist, or vanished tears.
Just teenagers in the golden air,
With nothing left to hold or bear,
No worries trailing in their wake,
Just memories for the soul to take.
I sit here in the morning grey,
And hold the magic of the day;
To see them free, to see them light,
Is all I needed from the night. No text.
