ArtistAuron the Starwing Skyglider, a majestic fusion of bird, mammal and reptile with emerald scales, warm brown fur, one single long tail and enormous blue-silver feathered wings, carrying Breglio the lantern-bearing imp on a sturdy travel saddle between his shoulders. Breglio is clearly visible holding his soot-stained lantern. They have arrived at the legendary Last Star Nest, resting upon the colossal branches of a cosmic World Tree that stretches among the stars. The immense nest is woven from silver branches, glowing crystal roots and streams of living starlight. Inside rest three gigantic luminous star-eggs, each glowing with swirling constellations and celestial energy. An ancient Star Nest Keeper stands nearby, cloaked in shimmering stardust and silver robes, watching over the sacred nest. Above the World Tree, dark shadowy Star Collectors begin emerging from the distant heavens, gathering beneath a massive crimson rift opening among the stars. The atmosphere is sacred, mysterious and epic, balancing beauty and approaching danger. Vast cosmic skies, glowing leaves like miniature moons, rivers of starlight flowing through the branches, breathtaking fantasy realism, ultra-detailed feathers, scales, fur and celestial architecture. Masterpiece quality, cinematic lighting, style of Jean-Baptiste Monge × Brian Froud × Alan Lee, 4:3 composition. Include a very small sterilized full-body white unicorn logo with delicate proportions and the text “AI by Unicorngraphics” beneath it in the bottom right corner.
Breglio and the Last Star-Nest Keeper
The journey through the unknown regions of the sky lasted many days. The familiar seas of clouds had long since disappeared behind them. Even the stars seemed different here. Some shone in colors Breglio had never seen before, while others drifted slowly across the heavens as if they were living beings. The map within his lantern guided them ever farther north. With each passing night, its glow grew brighter. At last they reached a part of the sky that was completely silent. No wind stirred. No clouds drifted by. The very air seemed to be holding its breath. Ahead of them appeared a colossal sphere of silver light. Only when they drew closer did Breglio realize it was not a sphere at all. It was a nest. The largest nest he had ever seen. It rested among the branches of a gigantic World Tree whose crown floated between the stars. The branches were wider than roads. Its leaves glowed like moons. Between the twigs sparkled thousands of tiny stars, hanging like fruits of light. Auron slowed his flight. Even the mighty Starwing Glider seemed filled with reverence. Carefully, he landed upon a branch near the nest. The moment the Starwing Glider touched down, Breglio’s lantern began to shine. Light flowed from the glass and drifted toward the nest. There it joined countless other threads of light that ran through the branches of the tree. “What place is this?” Breglio whispered. A voice answered him. “The birthplace of the Skyways.” Breglio spun around. Before him stood a figure that had not been there a moment earlier. The being appeared ancient beyond measure. Its cloak was woven from stardust. Tiny lights sparkled within its silver hair. Its face was kind, yet its eyes seemed to have witnessed entire ages. “Are you the Keeper?” Breglio asked. The figure nodded. “For longer than your peoples have counted time.” Slowly, the Keeper led them to the edge of the enormous nest. Inside rested three eggs. They were larger than houses and glowed from within. Patterns of starlight moved across their shells. “These are the last Star Eggs,” the Keeper explained. “From them are born the beings who preserve the Skyways.” Breglio stared at the eggs in wonder. Then he noticed something troubling. One of the eggs glowed more faintly than the others. Cracks stretched across its surface. The Keeper lowered his gaze. “That is why I have been expecting you.” Before Breglio could ask another question, the tree began to tremble. The stars above them flickered. A cold wind rose from nowhere. Auron let out a warning cry and spread his wings. Then the shadows appeared. At first they were only dark stains between the stars. But they grew larger. More and more emerged. Soon they filled the entire sky. The Star Collectors.
