Snow White lay in the coffin for a very long time and remained as beautiful as ever. One day, a prince rode by and fell in love with the seemingly dead princess. He begged the dwarves to give him the coffin containing the beautiful princess, as he could no longer live without seeing her. Out of pity, the dwarves reluctantly gave him Snow White. But when the coffin was being carried to his castle, one of the servants stumbled, and the coffin fell to the ground. The impact dislodged the piece of poisoned apple from Snow White's throat. She awoke, and the prince and Snow White were married, to which the evil queen was also invited. Full of curiosity about the young queen, whose beauty the mirror had told her about, she appeared, recognized Snow White, and as punishment for her deeds, had to dance in red-hot iron slippers until she collapsed and died.
