So let us take a moment's break,
And bask in nature's beauty's sake,
To find the balance we have lost,
And rediscover what it means to be at rest.

We'll listen to the wind's sweet song,
And watch the snowflakes glide along,
And know that life is more than just
The daily race we run, but also time for trust.

For though we have our duties, too,
It's important we refresh our view,
Of all the things that make us whole,
And bring us peace, from pole to pole.
