Marianne at last gets home, and runs straight into the shower to warm up and rinse the river water out of her clingy denim dress. She deliberately blocks the drain so that the entire shower cubicle will fill up over her head, and she does a sweet little mermaid dance and jumps up and down, enjoying the feel of her heavy denim dress hugging her all over, as her hat floats on the surface. She holds her breath and somersaults over and over, doing underwater handstands and ballerina twirls. She looks forward to drenching her expensive fur coat and corduroy suit in the river tomorrow. Go for it, Marianne :)
