The angel drifted above the mountain valley like a silver thought that had escaped from history. Below him crawled a strange armored beast, all teeth and ambition, dragging the weight of forgotten ages through the roots of the forest. Between them stood a glowing geometry scratched into the air itself, a map no one remembered drawing.
I had come looking for answers and found only recursion. Every tree contained a smaller forest. Every stone concealed a tiny mountain range. The landscape folded into itself endlessly, as if the world were studying its own reflection.
The beast stopped beside a luminous root vegetable growing from bare rock. The angel reached toward a distant star. For a moment they mirrored each other—one rising, one burrowing, both searching.
Then the geometry flashed. Mountains became equations. Forests became memories. The valley opened like a book whose pages were written in self-similar patterns.
I realized the place was alive, generating itself moment by moment. Nothing was fixed. Everything was feedback. The angel, the beast, the trees, and even the observer were fragments of a larger design endlessly discovering itself through repetition.
The wind carried a silent message across the peaks: the universe was not built. It was continuously becoming.
