Victor is in his villain incarnation as HaVictor of the 24th Century of the 600 members para-military battalion group: Zenith Astar Defiance leader & MA(Main Antagonist)

Jealous of William and his Gardeon Force, Victor, a former candidate for the group during his teen years, seeks power to fight them.

While my M.C. had access to the Earth's Battlebase: The Galaxyarte ("star" -nickname) Fortress, my M.A.'s Zega Pack did not. This is when the Angel of Vengeance represented by Wraffel introduces himself to Victor.

Having the knowledge of how Saarwengs and the elders built their Galaxy "star" Fortress, Wraffel helps by providing the knowledge to Victor and his people's elders, who were "lost", in making their Battlebase: Zenith Astar Fortress. From his kingdoms, he chose the best squads and fire teams to protect the base.

Though he is the king & commander of his kingdom, he doesn't control the Fortress (The elders are in the power of it). Similar to my M.C., Victor controls the army of Fort.

This King is the husband of my "Bad" Covergirl, Nova.
