A relationship with open honesty of one side and generalized deception on the other leads to emotional manipulation, emotional and physical neglect and mental distress. The amount of time a liar can keep up such a farce depends on how much the other person loves and trusts them. The amount of time they "succeed" only goes to show HOW horrible of a person they are.
May they receive the help and healing they need.
