Hermes, fleet-footed, with wings of grace,
The messenger of gods, with a swift pace,
With caduceus in hand, he soars on high,
A divine herald, in the endless sky.
A cunning god, with wit and guile,
A trickster's charm, a mischievous smile,
The master of boundaries and travel's guide,
Hermes, the messenger, known far and wide.
He brings the news, from gods to men,
With eloquence and grace, again and again,
He guides the souls, to the afterlife's gate,
As a psychopomp, their fate to narrate.
With grace and swiftness, he traverses the land,
A guide and guardian, both subtle and grand,
Hermes, the messenger, whose words hold weight,
In Olympus' court, a respected delegate.
Oh, Hermes, messenger of gods so wise,
Whose speed and cunning, we do idolize,
We honor you, with reverence and awe,
As the herald of gods, forever in awe.
