I'm standing in the very middle of a darkened hallway. The furthest lamp, uncentred compared to the other, unsettles me. Did the architect have a derelict building in mind when they designed this? Was their lack of attention to the placement of light fixtures representative of more flaws that caused the building to fall into danger and disrepair? Was there ever any love?
