The facial tattoo looks like it was customized to work with the way the model is dressed. This could only happen if the tattoo was programmable ... so it could be altered each day to fit into whatever the model chose to wear. I believe this will become possible sometime soon. I expect the military is already studying the possibility for use in the next generation camouflage. If cuttlefish and octopi can do it with no technology at their disposal we should at least be able to emulate it, IMHO.
