Two Paths, One Oz

Prompt:  Interpret the following Two Paths, One Oz A world apart, yet the same storm brews We fight for a distant Oz from different views. Your heart pulls you forward, steady and bright, While I chase this road because my own shattered in the night. Different starting lines, different drives, Our paths split in a forest where shadows thrive. And though the journey may end in the same glow, You find a heart, while I gather what I need to know. We both walk miles on untold trails, Both hit by gusts of personal gales. The goal we seek may gleam the same, But what we hold when we arrive may carry different names. So does it matter if you’re faster, or if I’m late? Does it matter who carries more weight? Perhaps, when all is said and done, We both will have earned what makes us whole, each one.
