I think most of us have been there. From the KoRn song, "Here to Stay", "So I take my face and bash it into a mirror, I won't have to see the pain, pain, pain."

Kaos Family Art has always been about spreading the message of mental health awareness, and I will work to get this image closer to where I want it, but this is a great start. Her eyes tell the story, and the glass tells a story, but it isn't as complete as I want it. Ha, I just realized. A work in progress is a lot like me, how no amount of progress seems to be enough for some people, but each victory over the darkness no matter how small is a step in the right direction.

If you can relate to the description, or to the image herself remember that your pain is only temporary and as long as you keep choosing to get up and carry on then you have the heart of a warrior, and each victory matters. It isn't what hits you or how hard, but how many times you get back up. Keep fighting, and #EmbraceTheChaos as long as you don't let it control you.
