Deep in Arizona's Mogollon range,
A creature roams, mysterious and strange,
With shaggy fur and eyes that gleam,
A legendary beast, or so they deem.
The Mogollon Monster, a mythic lore,
A creature feared, yet sought for more,
Its growls and howls echo through the night,
Sending shivers down spines with fright.
Is it a bear or man, none can say,
As it vanishes into the woods, a shadow at bay,
Leaving only tracks, elusive and wide,
A legend alive, with secrets to hide.
So hikers beware, as you tread the trail,
In Arizona's Mogollon, where legends prevail,
For the Mogollon Monster may be near,
A creature of wonder, a myth to revere.
