A watercolor and ink illustration depicts a jubilant, bearded old man in a straw hat, black t-shirt, and jean shorts, riding an orange Mooncool electric tricycle. A black Labrador puppy with its tongue out is in the front basket, wearing a brown collar with a gold tag. The tricycle's large rear basket holds a three-tiered birthday cake with colorful frosting, sprinkles, and numerous burning candles emitting smoke. The background features light gray and brown watercolor splashes, suggesting clouds or mist, with hints of green and red flora on the left. The scene is set on a wet sidewalk with a curb, showing reflections of light on the water.
