Illustration is in a watercolor and ink style with visible brushstrokes and ink outlines. Night scene with a lamp post in front of a toy store. The beautiful snowy Christmas scene.
A highly detailed watercolor painting of a young girl with blonde curly hair in a white hat and a red winter coat, looking through the snowy window of an elaborately decorated antique toy shop, labeled "Maison Auxlisk Jouets", at night, with snow falling around her and a warm glow emanating from the shop window. The toy shop is filled with various ornate wooden toys, including soldiers, rocking horses, and dolls. A tall, ornate streetlamp covered in snow illuminates the scene, casting a warm light on the cobblestone street. In the background, a horse-drawn carriage and other pedestrians can be seen on the snow-covered street, with traditional European buildings lining the street under a dark, snowy sky. There is a small snow-covered evergreen tree next to the toy shop. The painting has a cozy, old-fashioned, and festive atmosphere.
