Yes, there was actually a 45 by the Go-Go's that came out in the 60's called this. No, I don't have the lyrics, but I did have a ride in a Dalek at a school fair once when I was a kid. There's a seat and you look out the round grille at the top (not the eyestalk) and there's two rods you control with your hands, one for the cannon and one for the toilet plunger. Apparently Terry Nation owns the copyright to all daleks. It is reckoned that daleks were modelled not on a pepper pot, but on his wife in a long polka-dot dress. A lot of doctor who videotapes were overwritten by BBC because they didn't keep them after broadcasting in those days. "Torchwood", home of Captain Jack Harkness, is of course an anagram of "doctor who", but hey, so is "rothow cod", Janet and Julia's local fish shop :)
