The Secret of the Seven Doors Part 8 – The Traveller Who Arrived Last REFERENCE IMAGES: 1. Most recently generated Part 8 image. Preserve the complete scene, composition, clock tower interior, giant clock, gears, impossible staircases, clouds, translucent travellers, dark shadow below and lighting. 2. CR-SD01 – Clara Vane. Use this to identify the correct present-day Clara. CORRECT ONLY THE CHARACTERS. Keep the PRESENT-DAY CLARA on the LEFT foreground exactly as she appears. She holds the small BLACK METAL KEY in her raised hand and her black stone in the other hand. REMOVE the second adult present-day Clara currently standing in the RIGHT foreground. Replace that duplicate woman with SILAS. SILAS is Edward’s brother and currently appears as an approximately 11-year-old BOY. He must clearly be male and must NOT resemble Clara. Give him short dark brown hair, grey-blue eyes and recognizable family resemblance to Edward. He wears an ancient dark travelling coat that is slightly oversized and weathered. Around his neck hang several black stones. In one hand he holds TWO BROKEN HALVES of a cracked black stone. His expression is serious and frightened as he looks toward the darkness rising beneath the staircase. Keep YOUNG CLARA on the left side in her grey dress and oversized dark coat. Keep OLDER CLARA on the far right with her brown-and-grey hair, dark travelling coat and violet lantern. Keep Edward and Jonas as secondary adult male characters. IMPORTANT: There must be exactly THREE Clara versions: 1. Present-day Clara in the left foreground. 2. Young Clara. 3. Older Clara with the violet lantern. Silas is a BOY and a completely separate character. Do not create another adult Clara. Preserve the translucent alternate travellers on the staircase. Preserve the mysterious black presence rising from the clouds. Preserve the glowing staircase-through-clouds symbol on the wall. Do not change the environment or composition more than necessary. Realistic painterly fantasy storybook style, cinematic and highly detailed. No text inside the scene. Keep the small white unicorn emblem with “AI by Unicorngraphics” in the lower right corner.

The Traveller Who Arrived Last
The doors of the seven-faced clock tower opened. Edward’s iron key pulled violently toward them. “You know who,” Clara said. “That was what she wrote.” Edward stared into the tower. “I hoped she was wrong.” Young Clara peered past him. “Someone’s waiting.” Older Clara raised her violet lantern. “She’s right.” They entered. The doors slammed behind them. Thousands of gears turned overhead without touching. Seven staircases crossed impossibly above an enormous clock with no hands. Edward’s key pulled toward its mechanism. “This is where I found it,” he said. Older Clara shook her head. “No. This is where you leave it.” “Then where did I find it?” “After you left it.” Jonas rubbed his forehead. “I miss answers in the correct order.” A metal plate appeared on the clock: FIRST ARRIVAL — NOT FIRST TRAVELLER. Edward frowned. “That wasn’t here before.” Young Clara pointed upward. “Neither was he.” High above them stood the One Who Returned. Four black stones hung around its neck. The cracked stone rested in its hand. “How did it get here before us?” Clara asked. “It didn’t,” Older Clara said. “It was already here.” The figure dropped the cracked stone. Instead of falling, it rose and struck the ceiling. A second plate appeared: FIRST TRAVELLER — ARRIVED LAST. Jonas stared. “That makes no sense.” “The first traveller entered through Door One but reached this city after everyone who followed,” Edward said. “Because someone changed the order,” Older Clara added. The seventh clock gained one hand. It pointed toward Young Clara. The One Who Returned lowered its hood. Clara could not see the face clearly, but Edward staggered backward. “No.” “Who is it?” Jonas asked. Edward said nothing. The figure descended the staircase, becoming younger with every step. Old. Middle-aged. Young. A teenager. A child. When it reached the floor, it looked scarcely older than Young Clara. “Who are you?” Clara asked. The child looked at Edward. “You never told her?” Edward’s face had gone white. “You cannot be here.” “I was here before you.” “That’s impossible.” The child smiled. “You taught me that word.” Clara turned toward Edward. “Who is he?” “My brother.” Clara stared. “You never had a brother.” “Not after Greyhaven disappeared.” The child touched the handless clock. A second hand appeared, pointing at Edward. “That is because he chose the version where I didn’t.” The tower shuddered. Outside, thousands of windows illuminated. “You erased your brother?” Clara asked. “No. I erased the road that brought him home.” “Small distinction,” Jonas muttered. Clara faced the child. “What’s your name?” Edward stepped between them. “Don’t ask that.” “Why?” “Because names matter here.” The child laughed softly. “She really is a Vane.” “Stay away from her,” Edward said. “You said that the first time too.” Clara looked sharply at Edward. “You’ve met him before.” “Twelve years ago.” The child walked around him. “Edward and Jonas came looking for the first traveller. They found me instead.” Jonas stared. “I don’t remember you.” “Edward made sure of that.” “What did you do?” Jonas asked. “What I had to.” The child touched one of his stones. The tower vanished for an instant. Clara saw Edward and Jonas twelve years younger standing in the same room. The child stood between them. Behind him, the fifth door was open. Edward inserted the iron key into the handless clock. Light filled the room. The child vanished. Jonas fell to his knees. Greyhaven disappeared outside the windows. The vision ended. Jonas stepped away from Edward. “You used the clock on me.” “I removed one route from your memory.” “You removed him.” “Because you were going to follow him through Door Six.” “Why?” Clara asked. The child answered. “Because I told him what was behind Door Seven.” “And what is behind it?” “Not yet.” Clara sighed. “Everyone keeps doing that.” “Because you still think the seventh door is the end.” He pointed toward the plate. “It isn’t.” “Then what is it?” “The place where the order begins again.” Older Clara stepped forward. “Stop.” The child looked at her. “You came back.” Clara glanced between them. “You know him too?” “For thirty-one years,” Older Clara said. “That would have been useful information.” The child smiled. “You weren’t ready.” Clara pointed at him. “You don’t get to talk as though you know me until someone tells me your name.” Edward closed his eyes. “Silas.” The tower stopped. Every gear froze.
