In Numbers Chapter 4, a task assigned,
To Levite sons, of Kohath's kind.
To bear the holy vessels, a sacred chore,
With reverence and care, they would explore.
The Ark of Covenant, so pure and grand,
Covered with veil, by skilled hands.
The Table of Showbread, with bread displayed,
The golden lampstand, its light conveyed.
The altars, the utensils, with utmost grace,
The Kohathites, assigned their rightful place.
With sacred veils and coverings, they adorned,
The Lord's belongings, with reverence adorned.
No careless eye, nor hasty hand,
Could touch these vessels, so divinely planned.
A solemn duty, a sacred trust,
To handle God's treasures, both gold and rust.
In Numbers Chapter 4, their role defined,
The Kohathites, with hearts aligned.
Their service valued, their tasks esteemed,
Preserving holiness, as they deemed.
"The Sacred Vessels," a tale of care,
In Numbers Chapter 4, a story rare.
Of Levite sons, with hearts so true,
Preserving God's presence, in all they do.
