The two essential chips, namely the microcode EPROM ("Julia") and the microstate register ("Janet") here continuously interchange control information on each clock cycle, in order to weave the emergent behaviour of the ::SHE+ILA:: processor. From the form of the microcosm, emerges the reality of the macrocosm. Just like the interchange of bosons (force-particles) between fermions (matter-particles) :) The sand here represents both the silicon upon which the electronics is rendered, and the quantum vacuum (akasha) upon which the Universe is rendered.
