Hello folks,
Thank you very much for your numerous comments on my picture publication yesterday.

So I apologize and feel obliged to correct a few things:
At the urging of a friend in my Weightwatchers group, we retouched a photo using AI technology. The original photo you see above was taken in my Rock-garden, and not on a high, steep rock face.

Also, I didn't write a book called "Fitness for beginners and crazy people".
I myself urgently need help losing weight, and maybe one of you can give me some good tips...?
