ArtistReading a book, listening to music, going to a nice place with family or friends, or simply taking a walk in nature are all ways to breathe, catch your breath and regain your strength for the next day or week. I like to immerse myself and meditate in the silence that comes with introspection. By becoming introspective, I allow myself to face myself, without the need for formal conventions or restricting what I feel.
