An oil painting featuring a woman facing a fiery sunset while sitting in a field of wildflowers. The woman has an intricate updo, adorned with delicate white flowers. She wears a long-sleeved red dress adorned with golden embroidery on the shoulders. A bouquet of various flowers, including red roses, pink and white cosmos, and blue wildflowers, is tucked into the back of her dress. A monarch butterfly with vibrant orange and black wings rests gently on her shoulder, facing the setting sun. The background is a breathtaking sunset over a rolling landscape, with rich hues of red, orange, and yellow dominating the sky. The impasto technique used throughout the painting gives the texture a dynamic, tactile quality, with thick strokes visible in the clouds, the field, and the folds of her dress.
