More about The Undertaker Poem

With somber steps and a mournful air,
The undertaker, in black, did wear,
A somber suit and a top hat tall,
He paced the halls of the funeral hall.
His eyes were weary, his heart was heavy,
As he tended to those who had left this bevy,
He laid them to rest with utmost care,
In peaceful repose, with a silent prayer.
He knew the grief that families bore,
As they wept and mourned on the funeral floor,
He saw their tears, he heard their cries,
As they said their last goodbyes.
But the undertaker, though burdened by sorrow,
Held steadfast in his duty for each tomorrow,
For he knew the value of his role,
To comfort and console, to console.
So he labored on with unwavering grace,
In his solemn, solitary place,
A guiding light in a time of woe,
Bringing solace to those below.
And though his work was filled with sorrow,
He found purpose in each new tomorrow,
For in the midst of grief and despair,
He helped hearts heal and burdens share.
So here's to the undertaker, solemn and true,
A keeper of peace, in a world that's askew,
With dignity and grace, he walks his way,
A guiding light in the darkest day.
