A color illustration in a "blacklight art" style, featuring iridescent, fluorescent neon colors (vibrant neon hues: fuchsia, lime green, electric blue, and orange). The scene is an amusement park with a Halloween theme, including an orange, pumpkin-shaped balloon. It is nighttime and quite crowded; characters include a woman dressed as a witch, and men dressed as Frankenstein’s monster, the Wolfman, and Dracula. The amusement rides are adorned with striking, colorful lights, and fireworks fill the sky.
