Is there a better way to tell your story than by the food you make, and eat? Is there a better way to tell the story of a people by what they produce, and what they eat?

The world is a melting pot of diversity, and culture. How we treat our food is an extension of how we see ourselves. How we treat other cultures food an expression of how we view their culture.

There is no appropriation when it comes to food, only a fusion of taste. Do we find it yummy? Many of us are grateful to eat at all. Yet among these people are the most generous.

It isn't how much you give that is impressive, instead are you willing to give up what is scarce? What is precious, and in short supply? While expressions of love come all shapes an sizes.

Respecting another's culture is to honor their food. To suspend expectations, and dive right in. Not only will you find delicious surprises, you will find new friends.

The diversity in taste leads us to know diversity is an expression of beauty meeting strength. Be brave when it comes to your spoon, and fork. For diversity in goodies inspires wonderful things.
