More about The Year of Release - Deuteronomy 15 Poem

Deuteronomy Chapter 15, a year of release,
A time of grace, and freedom's increase.
A reminder to God's people, to be kind and share,
To lend to the needy, and show they care.
Every seven years, a special time,
To cancel debts, and offer a climb,
For those in need, a fresh start,
A chance to rebuild, with a hopeful heart.
No one should be in poverty's grip,
But through generosity, they should slip.
To freely lend, and not withhold,
To bless the needy, as they are told.
God's people were called, to be compassionate,
To care for the poor, with actions that motivate.
To give willingly, without hesitation,
And reflect God's heart, with loving dedication.
For in generosity, blessings abound,
God's favor and grace, will always be found.
Deuteronomy Chapter 15, a lesson so profound,
To share with others, and spread kindness all around.
