This image is based on an original work by Sproutfuel2 all rights reserved. 15min daily journey with art journaling for self care. Using very basic inexpensive paints from a big box stores (store brand) and brushes all for under $20. It's been 3 months of my journey commencing in 15min art.
That craving for actual good paints and brushes that don't snap handles, for canvas or even daily paper experiments instead of large tissue paper, printer paper and yes, barely a month worth of sketch paper.
While the economy blares it's ugly future in my face, and art and income and life feels as if it's evaporating. Last night I wondered why Turner was never mentioned during my days of oil painting class. It's simply bizarre, as if the British were erased and omitted...even though I stippled drawings for a friend's landscape architect project long ago since no one wanted to.
