Hey Cryonod, how ya doing? When a council is rude to its citizens, everyone who can will move out (hint -- I used to live there before it totally deteriorated -- I moved further north -- I won't miss it, things are fab where I am now). Businesses close (but that's another article), the council goes bust, and people are forced to sleep on the streets. Lodnod had its day, I have no reason to ever return (except maybe to visit the museums, or to explore HS2 when it ever opens). Karma wins again :)
