Behold, the Book of Revelations, Chapter 7,
A tale of redemption, a heavenly haven,
A vision of hope, amidst trials and woes,
Of God's faithful, in multitudes it shows.
John, the prophet, sees a great multitude,
No one could count, from every latitude,
Clothed in white, with palm branches in hand,
Worshipping God, in a joyous band.
Sealed with His mark, on their foreheads bright,
Protected and chosen, in His loving sight,
From every tribe, language, and nation,
A diverse assembly, in adoration.
They've come through great tribulation,
Washed in the Lamb's blood, a glorious salvation,
They cry out with praises, to the Lamb on the throne,
Their Shepherd, their Savior, their very own.
No more hunger, thirst, or scorching heat,
God Himself, their tears will gently beat,
He'll wipe away all sorrows from their eyes,
In His presence, eternal joy will arise.
Angels and elders, join in the praise,
Of the redeemed, in heavenly gaze,
Salvation belongs to our God and the Lamb,
Forever and ever, the eternal I AM.
A vision of hope, in Revelations Chapter 7,
Of God's redeeming grace, a heavenly leaven,
Sealed and redeemed, His chosen ones stand,
In worship and adoration, a joyous band.
