A simple cross stands beneath that light, surrounded not by riches but by love, family, compassion, faith, and people helping one another. The contrast shows that wealth can be useful, but when the desire for money becomes a person’s master, it can slowly consume the soul. Across the sky could appear the words: “For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil.” — 1 Timothy 6:10
