A concept art depiction of a futuristic world's Dome, a city with an artificial day-night cycle to counteract the eternal twilight of its environment. While more recently a fortress for the wealthy built in more temperate regions, older Domes such as the one pictured were sanctuaries built in the regions with the most brutal weather, offering protection and new life to those who could not afford these things otherwise. Sadly, no such Domes remain in operation today, with their ruins having collapsed in disrepair.
