ArtistThree parrots sitting around a table. The one on the left is so incredibly blurry and pixelated that it's almost impossible to tell what it is. This parrot has a speech bubble that has a bunch of random pixelated blurry shapes that vaguely resemble letters. The parrot in the middle looks like a parrot but with colors that slightly bleed outward scheme and the overall shape is a bit off and it has a few extra detached toes and an extra wing. This parrot has a speech bubble that says in an odd font with several typos "Yeah, like back when AI couldn't even generate text in an image!" The parrot on the right is incredibly vivid and lifelike and realistic and colorful and majestic and perfectly 3D, with a text box that says in perfectly rendered text in a cool font, "You old people had depressing childhoods." The rest of the image pushes AI's image generation capabilities to the absolute limit with its incredible light rendering and texture rendering and exquisite background detail.
I'm not particularly certain that there is much to say beyond exactly what you see in the image, save this: remember the good old days, back when DeepDreamGenerator had only one model, and it looked like the parrot in the middle... and the older days when the parrot on the right was considered a massive success? As Generation Beta comes into this world, I am certain they will look on our oldest AI generations with the same disdain with which many of us Gen Z'ers view 80's music. Quaint... and embarrassing.
