The name "The Vast Green" sounds like it came from an awe-struck conquistador, but it's the name for Amazonia commonly used by the Aboriginal people in this Alt-Earth's Central and South America. Likewise, successive rulers of the area adopted the name "The Three-Tongue Falls" as well as the beliefs associated with it, most notably that by intently listening to the crashing of the falls for a long time, it is possible to pick out the voices of the Falls' three guardians...
