ArtistComplete width, as wide and large as possible image, extra full and wide, 16:9, full image extending all the way to the edges, extremely large and wide, rectangular, full-screen, full frontal image surrounded by an elegant, very thin, slender frame of intricate guilloche patterns of unparalled detail and beauty. Inside the single, very thin, rectangular frame that fills the entire screen is an intricately patterned print showing a banknote motif from an imaginary series themed "European wildflowers." The image features a close-up of a dense patch of Herb Robert, or Robert's geranium (geranium robertianum) in the full sun, overgrowing the cracks of an abandoned concrete.parking lot. The sprawling plants have small, lilac flowers with five rounded petals each, from the midst of which arise purple anhers with yellow pollen. The leaves are compound, ternate, divided, and deeply lobed and toothed. Some leaves are green, whereas löeaves exposed to the full sun and dry conditions turn bright red. Other leaves vary in color, being red where they are most exposed. The gives the plant a very colorful appearance. The plant also has abundant seed capsules, wich are long, beaked, hairy, thin and mostly red and partly green. The beaked seed capsules give the plant its genus name, cranesbill. The concrete background is light-gray and full of strongly patterned cracks and crevices. The floral display and the concrete are rendered in mesmerizingly repetitive, organic patterns of painstaking detail, as the image is an extremely detailed intaglio print composed of hundreds upon hundreds of lines and dots in few basic colors: Veined lavender for the petals, some dark purple and dark yellow for the stamens, bright red and green for the leaves and seed capsules, and shades of light gray for the concrete undergroiund.
Fictional banknote design in the imaginary series "European wildflowers." It is summer, and Herb Robert, or Robert's geranium (geranium robertianum) is blooming on an abandoned parking lot. The flower motif is framed by an ornate, intricate guilloche border.
