Quotation marks on that btw, since the technology that made this possible is magnetic tunnel junctions, neuromorphic quaternary software and a pile of other technobabble I don't even go into details about in the novel - what I find more interesting is how this affect life, human culture and lifestyle. But while they would consider us hopeless and supersticious troglodytes, this society have an achilles heel. And that's the setting which I used to spin a story.
