It wouldn't surprise me that the next step in Canadian medicare was to incorporate AI Nurses in the future. With Doctors and Nurse shortages at an all time high, the wait time to even get a family doctor is years ...if ever. Hospital waits for surgeries are outrageous (people are actually dying) and the ER areas are so full, people are dying in hallways. The only doctor appointments I get are over the phone or via video call. It's easy but there's only so much you can do without actually being in a doctor's office. Personal health care is no longer...it's remote health care.
We may have a FREE medical system but if it's inaccessible, what's the point?
