Our recognizable ginger-haired muse sleeps peacefully on her side in an old weathered bed in a moonlit meadow, her long, naturally tousled copper-red hair spread across the pillow, silver moonlight tracing her peaceful face and body. Beside the bed, her familiar cat sits quietly in the grass, watching the impossible sky. Above her floats a vast luminous dream-cloud — a visible fragment of her unconscious mind. The dream has escaped from her sleep and become an upside-down world suspended above her. A crooked house hangs from the cloud, trees grow downward, glowing windows face impossible directions, and a winding road curls through the air and disappears into mist. Gravity has gone sideways: a paper boat drifts horizontally, a teacup floats at an impossible angle, flowers, leaves, stars and luminous bubbles move in different directions. Parts of the dream dissolve into cloud and moonlight, making it unmistakably dreamlike.
