This one was just bonkers. I developed the prompt across several other sites, but the image was initially generated and finessed right here. That said, I couldn't get this site to get the hand right (of course) so I edited it manually using Affinity Photo for iPad. Here's the original prompt I used, together with the modifiers; I used the high-quality setting on the Flux engine. Help yourself, no credit required:
