ArtistA large disfigured sinister looking clown with a group of mutant little people with large bellies, black eyes, hanging out in a high end swanky bar, drinking martinis, and laughing, exposing rotton crooked teetb
A wide-angle, medium shot shows a large, horrifying, monstrous clown in the center, flanked by four grotesque, deformed, heavy-set men, all gathered around a table in a dimly lit, high-end bar or restaurant, holding martini glasses and laughing menacingly. The central clown has pale, weathered skin smeared with blood and dirt, blue and red face paint around its sunken eyes, a round red nose, and a gaping, wide grin revealing rotted teeth and dripping with gore. He wears a tattered, blood-stained blue and red costume with a ruffled collar. The four bald, plump men surrounding the clown have bloated, scarred torsos exposed, wearing small leather or fabric vests with bow ties, and wide, sinister grins that match the clown's. Each figure holds a martini glass filled with a clear liquid and an olive, raising them as if to make a toast. The background shows a luxurious, dark-toned interior with polished marble tables, glowing candles, reflections of other patrons in the shadows, and an ornate chandelier hanging from the ceiling. The lighting is low and dramatic, highlighting the greasy skin, the blood, and the sinister expressions of the group.
