An illustration in a hand-drawn sketch style depicts a cowboy riding a giant green pepper like a bull, raising his hat in the air. The cowboy wears a red and white checkered shirt, blue jeans, leather chaps, and a belt. The scene is set in an old-style rodeo arena, with wooden fences, a "Chili Rodeo" sign, and other cowboys watching in the background. Splatters of paint, predominantly green and brown, are scattered across the composition, giving it an artistic, dynamic feel.
